What you'll do:
As a Vendor Management your role will be pivotal in overseeing compliance, staff, vendors and products. You'll be implementing standard processes and reports to enhance product creation from tech package receipt to product delivery. Your management skills will be put to good use as you oversee the team of vendor leaders from each major factory. Working in cross-functional teams, you'll establish ongoing best practices for continuous production improvement. This role requires a strong talent for product detailing, engineering and management.
- Manage assigned vendor leaders and factory partners
- Standardise development support, commercialisation, QC and delivery process systems
- Ensure factory partners have best-in-class staff and operational practices
- Implement standard process and reports to enhance product creation from tech package receipt to product delivery
- Oversee the team of vendor leaders from each major factory
- Work in cross-functional teams to establish ongoing best practices for continuous production improvement
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Vendor Management role will bring strong technical textile quality manufacturing knowledge to the table. Your excellent management and communication skills will enable you to effectively lead your team and liaise with global team members. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with Vietnamese fluency being an added advantage. A strong product eye and taste level are crucial in this role, with design, engineering and pattern/CAD making ability being a bonus.
