Our client is a leading firm, seeking Service Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in data centre operations, ideally with experience in managing facility leases, MEP systems, and day-to-day service delivery across a mission-critical environment.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations for the data centre, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure service quality.
- Coordinate and track lease obligations, renewals, and related documentation in collaboration with legal and facilities teams.
- Support infrastructure operations including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring preventive maintenance and incident response protocols are followed.
- Manage change control processes, maintenance activities, and vendor access within the data centre environment.
- Monitor and report on service metrics, performance KPIs, and incident trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Experience working in or supporting data centre environments is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems (e.g. UPS, HVAC, generators, chillers, etc.).
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor oversight skills.
- Experience with lease or contract management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
