We’re an accounting and bookkeeping firm looking for a sharp, reliable admin to help us execute simple, consistent marketing tasks . This is an entry-level role that doesn’t require a marketing degree or past experience—but you do need to be a strong communicator, comfortable with tech, and ready to learn.
*** Essential Functions:
- Assist in the development and execution of successful SEO strategies;
- Implement and manage SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the website is properly optimized for search engines
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Social Media, and other SEO-specific tools;
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on the marketing campaign’s performance;
- Develop content for websites and blogs, utilizing SEO best practices. Collaborate with writers and designers to produce high-quality;
- Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Spyfu) to identify high-value search phrases to target;
- Stay current with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology;
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
