Job Description: Job Summary - Perform troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and meet production goals.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble- shooting and continuous improvement methodology.
- Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate the maverick lots (through teaming effort with equipment/process engineer and supervisors).
- Conform to quality system requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan and TCM. Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
- Effectively communicate often and ensure your area is well coordinated within the manufacturing environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications & experience - Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic, Materials or relevant educational background.
- Fresh graduate / Minimum 1 year experience in Semiconductor area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Able to work independently.
- Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.
- Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on chronic equipment failure.
- Possess sound knowledge on relevant company policies and regulations.
- Able to work with Operators, supervisors, and engineers.
- Able to plan, organize, execute plans.
- Effective team building and communication skills.
