Key Responsibilities 1. Employer Branding (EB) - 35%
- Support the design and execution of communication plans for recruitment campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in creating content (articles, visuals, short videos) to increase awareness and engagement of L'Oréal as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to organizing employer branding events and recruitment marketing activities.
2. Campus Recruitment & Activatio - 35%
- Support and take the lead in on-campus activities, such as career fairs and campus talks.
- Initiate and manage student engagement activities (e.g., activation games, interactive activities) to attract and connect with young talent.
- Coordinate agenda planning, content creation, and logistics with universities, the TA team, event agencies, and speakers.
- Act as the main liaison for all stakeholders before, during, and after campus events.
- Ensure strong ROI by driving student conversion into programs such as L'Oréal Brandstorm, internship programs, and entry-level opportunities.
3. Data & Insights - 20%
- Collect and consolidate data from EB, recruitment, and campus projects.
- Build dashboards and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness and generate insights for improvement.
4. Recruitment Operations - 10%
- Support screening CVs and provide shortlists for intern positions.
- Support coordinating interviews by contacting candidates and scheduling with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements - Final-year student or fresh graduate, available for full-time (preferred) or part-time internship.
- Brandstorm alumni (registrants or participants) is a plus
- Strong interest in Communication, Content Creations and Data Analytics.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written & spoken).
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Canva, PowerBI, or other dashboard tools is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
