Your Missions
Be the voice & problem-solver for the customers. Help them succeed by tackling technical issues, supporting billing needs, and turning challenges into success stories. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Solve technical challenges & guide customers with clarity and empathy.
- Support billing (payments, invoices, refunds).
- Improve support guides & resources.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve tough cases.
- Follow up with customers & collect insights.

Requirements - English skills: TOEIC 750+ or IELTS equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service/support.
- A proactive learner with a “get-things-done” mindset and a heart for service.
