As a Industrialization & Quality Production Leader, you make sure every product we deliver meets our 4 key promises: Quality - Leadtime - Price - Environmental Responsibility.

You'll work directly with our industrial partners, supporting them to produce the best textile products, combining technical excellence and sustainability.

Location: Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCM

Working schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Interview process: 2 Rounds On-site

Responsibilities:

Lead product development within your local production team.
Accompany and support industrial partners toward technical excellence.
Manage product cost, quality, and lead time to ensure competitiveness.
Continuously improve the value chain of your process.

Requirements:

A fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of experience in Textile, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
Passionate about manufacturing and on-the-field learning.

Strong academic background: GPA ≥ 3.0, with achievements in field-related competitions.
Confident in English communication (TOEIC 600 / IELTS 5.0 or above).
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and curious by nature.
