What you'll do:

- Proven experience in a senior HR role within a professional services environment

12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a professional services or multinational companies

Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
- Hands-on experience with HR technology, data analytic, and digital HR transformation
