Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support the Organization Development and Talent Management team in various administrative and coordination processes. The role focuses on handling documentation, data management, and assisting in the execution of OD & TM initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn about organizational structures, job evaluation, and talent management processes in a professional HR environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and organizing employee data, position structures, and job description documentation
- Support in preparing and updating organization charts, role profiles, and other related reports
- Help coordinate and compile information for performance management or talent review processes
- Manage administrative documentation related to OD & TM projects, including tracking project status and updating reports
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and file management for employee movements or structural changes
- Provide support in preparing presentation materials or summary reports for management review
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all OD & TM documents are accurate, complete, and properly stored
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Eager to learn about organizational structure, job evaluation, and HR systems
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months
