Position Summary:
Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing activities of the
company, with a strong focus on market research and competitor analysis to support business direction and enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market research and analysis
- Market trend research and analysis
- Competitor product, price, distribution strategy monitoring and analysis
- Customer needs research and analysis
- Market(customer) segmentation
2. Market strategy building and performing
- Product marketing planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales
- Event organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events
- Customer acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales
- Media channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms
- Branding positioning and distinguishing points developing
3. Sales activity support
- Making sales materials
- Building distribution expanding plan with sales team
4. KPI management and reporting
- Setting and analysis each marketing plan and activities KPI
- Regular report about market
• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and
customer preferences.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental
industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
• Support other departments in developing and implementing cross-functional projects in line with
marketing objectives
• Control daily activities of team members and report
Required Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of healthcare marketing manager experience preferred
- Foreign healthcare company experience preferred
- Qualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields; Studied marketing at foreign universities preferred
- Language: Fluent in English
- Project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions
- Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM
- Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team
- Preferred candidates:
