About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager (Pharma) who is passionate, analytical, and highly self-driven. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand strategies, executing marketing plans, and driving business performance within assigned therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement annual brand strategies and operational plans to achieve business objectives and P&L targets.
Build and execute launch readiness plans for new products.
Leverage market insights and data to optimize brand direction and adapt to fast-changing environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation and alignment with company goals.
Develop customer-centric campaigns across digital and omnichannel platforms.
Lead KOL engagement strategy to strengthen brand positioning and advocacy.
Execution & Market Insights
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing materials, communication content, and promotional activities in line with compliance and ethical standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Coach and develop direct reports to enhance capability and support their career growth.
Drive a high-performance, collaborative, and compliant team culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product management and business outcomes.
Liaise with key healthcare professionals, patient associations, and communication agencies to execute brand programs effectively.
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related scientific field.
At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management, preferably in specialty or oncology products.
Strong understanding of local healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Desirable:
Experience in market research, sales leadership, or managed markets.
In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s healthcare system and product commercialization process.
