What you'll do:
As an eCommerce Key Account Manager Fast Moving Consumer Goods based in Jakarta, you will be at the forefront of driving online sales performance by developing innovative shopper activities and promotional plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve achieving net sales targets through sustainable increases in shopper penetration and conversion rates. You will monitor weekly performance metrics closely to identify areas of success as well as opportunities for improvement. - Partner with e-distributors and e-retailers to guarantee flawless implementation of strategic plans that align with both company objectives and channel requirements.
- Work directly with customers to establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that reflect shared goals, regularly monitoring monthly performance against key metrics.
- Actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with eCommerce customers, presenting insights and facilitating updates or training sessions for internal teams.
- Optimise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies by developing quarterly activity grids and collaborating effectively with various departments for successful activations.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding account promotion plans, terms and conditions, as well as spending allocations to all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee customer-level execution including negotiation processes and ongoing engagement to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain expense spending within established budgetary guidelines while adhering strictly to policy requirements.
- Provide comprehensive monthly data reports covering initiatives, pricing trends, distribution channels, and competitive activity within the market.
