A global leader is hiring a Senior Finance Manager in Singapore to drive financial strategy and operational excellence across regions. You’ll lead a cross-border team, overseeing financial close, US GAAP reporting, and business support for contract manufacturing and supply chain. Collaborate with regional and China-based teams on strategic finance projects in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a 12–13-member finance team across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring effective supervision and team growth.
- Oversee month-end close and deliver accurate, timely US GAAP reporting for contract manufacturing operations.
- Partner with regional and China-based teams to coordinate financial reporting and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide financial leadership for new business models, operational workflows, and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive planning, forecasting, and analysis for R&D, SG&A, and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
- Act as the key finance partner for contract manufacturing sites and the centralised procurement hub.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, including 3–5 years in managerial roles leading multi-location teams.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and operational finance; experience with Principal Set-up is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for regional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with risk awareness; adept at profitability analysis, internal control frameworks, and delivering clear financial reports.
- Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office; TM1 experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business; equivalent experience also considered.
