Construction Economics Engineer (Open to fresh graduates, ID19405) wanted for a Vietnam-invested company! $750$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Research and apply laws, international standards, norms, unit prices, and policies related to construction investment
- Coordinate with technical, architectural, planning, electrical, and construction economics staff in project preparation and implementation
- Prepare preliminary economic plans, cost estimates, total investment estimates, quotations, and investment efficiency evaluations
- Collaborate with consultants for appraisal and approval of reports, investment projects, and quality/quantity acceptance
- Manage and monitor total investment, costs, contractor selection plans, ensuring financial and legal efficiency
- Track and verify actual construction quantities against designs, contracts, and estimates for accuracy
- Participate in negotiation, drafting, and management of economic contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and investors
- Compile data and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on costs, progress, and project performance
- Contribute to process improvement in cost management, resource optimization, and asset utilization
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill assigned tasks, ensuring effective project execution and management
Requirement - Male, Under 30
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction from overseas universities
- Graduated from a specialized high school in Hanoi
- Graduated with Good or Excellent academic standing from foreign universities (preferably from the USA, Australia, the UK, Germany, France, or Singapore) recognized by the Quality Management Department - Ministry of Education and Training.
- Minimum 1 year in residential villa projects (Open to fresh graduates if academic and skill requirements are met)
- Proficiency in software: Word, Excel, G8, Acitt, MISA, SAP2000, MS Project
