- Monitor the President’s Office budget closely by tracking expenditures, supporting research personnel matters, and assisting with budget-related queries or adjustments as needed.

- Maintain the intranet site for the President’s Office by updating content regularly and managing distribution lists to ensure effective communication within the institution.
