- Conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels such as SEO, social media, email marketing as well as traditional platforms including print media, events, and public relations.
- Oversee the creative development process by managing copywriting tasks, briefing graphic designers, and coordinating multimedia content production.
- Optimise ongoing campaigns using analytics tools to ensure strong return on investment while driving continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Develop compelling content for websites, newsletters, social media platforms, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Plan and deliver product launches, promotional events, and customer engagement activities by coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage social media presence by engaging followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and implementing strategies to grow organic reach through SEO best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, distributors as well as internal stakeholders such as sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
