Job Description

Lead overall finance, accounting, treasury, and reporting functions to ensure strong financial performance and business integrity

Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning to support company growth and operational scalability

Oversee regulatory compliance, financial governance, and internal control systems

Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization

Enhance financial processes and data accuracy through system improvements and automation

Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing insights for investment, expansion, and strategic decision-making

Lead financial risk management, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement

Develop and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; CPA/CFA is an advantage

12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Proven success in a mid-to-large-scale organization, ideally in asset-heavy or operations-driven industries

Strong capabilities in financial planning, capital management, and corporate governance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive levels
