We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Director to lead our human resources function in a dynamic service business environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a culture of engagement, driving retention initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee retention, engagement, and development.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure cultural fit and long-term success.
- Design and execute retention programs including career pathing, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Requirement :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in service industries preferred
- Thai Nationality
