Job Description Learn the Robusta/Arabica supply chain activities, quality basics, LDC’s internal procedures etc.
Assist the Robusta/Arabica trader in creating, executing purchase and sale contracts in the contract management system.
Coordinate with the other departments to ensure smooth and accurate information flow related to purchases, sales, and payment process.
Collect and report daily local market information.
Maintain and develop the existing supplier relationships as well as new suppliers to source coffee.
Assist the Robusta/Arabica trader in studying the local roasting industry demands and identify potential clients where trade opportunities exist.
Analysis of exports and other trade data on periodic basis.
Coordinate the Robusta/Arabica sustainability strategy (Responsible Sourcing and Stronger Coffee Initiative) as per the business plan defined and agreed by the national sustainability manager and the Robusta/Arabica commercial lead in Vietnam. Coordinate and verified/certified supply chains in the field.
Coordinate the implementation of project activities within Robusta/Arabica supply chains.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant Group Code of Conducts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
Additional Information Experience Minimum 1-2 years agronomy or sustainability program in agriculture industry (coffee preferred) experiences. Could consider fresh graduates with above majors provided other skill set is a match.

Graduate in Agriculture Science or agriculture economics.
