We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
This role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in oncology care. You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key accounts, ensuring patients have access to innovative treatments. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve access to oncology treatments and drive mutual growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or healthcare.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand.
Preferred
- Experience in oncology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations in Thailand.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Work Location
This role is based in Thailand and requires on-site presence with regular travel to meet key accounts. Hybrid working options may be available depending on business needs.
