Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees the entire sales function, manages a team of sales professionals, and ensures alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve business targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential clients to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align sales plans with company goals.
Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and key account management.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Recruit, train, and develop sales talent, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
High integrity, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
