We are looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Specialist to join our team in Thailand!
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and compliant customs clearance processes for inbound shipments while collaborating closely with regional and licensed customs teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare inbound CW1 Brokerage declarations for lodgement with Australian Customs.
- Verify and validate data accuracy in CW1 (suppliers, importers, Incoterms, ports of loading/discharge, etc.).
- Review commercial invoices and product details to ensure accurate data entry in CW1 Brokerage modules.
- Upload and maintain all relevant customs documentation in CW1 Declaration / Shipment eDoc modules.
- Collaborate with GAU licensed customs brokers to identify and confirm correct tariff codes for clearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand customs regulations, tariff codes, and import/export procedures.
- Eligible for a Customs Broker License.
- Experience using CW1 system is a plus (not mandatory).
- Excellent command of English and solid communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
