Position : Technical Sales Coordinator
Working Place : HCMC
Company overview: a global company specializing in the research, development, and production of flavors, fragrances, and aroma chemicals for the food, beverage, and consumer goods industries.
Main Responsibilities
• Support Sales team in sample request and coordinate on the shipment for both local and overseas
• Liaise with customer to support their requirements by providing advice on delivery status, request for samples and documentation.
• Work closely with the Sales and Logistics department to resolve any order/shipment issues.
• Ensure the customer orders has been entered accurately in the company internal system.
• Coordinate items that require additional certificate or test with relevant parties
• Maintain and update any regulatory information relates to Food and Beverage
• Ability to translate regulatory information to English.
Technical and Experienced Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in food technology is mandantory.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented and proactive.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use initiative to get the work done.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English
