Position Title: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Location: Thailand (with international exposure)
Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Investment to lead strategic investment initiatives for a landmark real estate development organization. This role is pivotal in shaping Thailand as a premier destination for global investment and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute large-scale investment strategies across real estate portfolios, including mixed-use, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
- Drive capital raising, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with global investors and institutions.
- Oversee financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new and ongoing developments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and national development priorities.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and international forums.
Qualifications:
- Currently serving in a C-level or equivalent executive role within a large-scale corporation (preferably with revenue exceeding THB 10 billion).
- Proven track record in real estate investment and development, with exposure to international markets and complex, scalable projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership in navigating dynamic investment landscapes.
- Ability to initiate and drive growth with a bold, forward-looking mindset.
- Open to candidates of any nationality with relevant experience and global perspective.
