Job Description : - Support day-to-day operations of Marketing programs, ensuring accurate setup and smooth execution
- Assist in coordinating program timelines, onboarding processes, and internal documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Product, Marketing) to support backend setup and basic approvals
- Help identify operational issues and suggest small-scale improvements to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to team tasks such as reporting, tracking, and updating workflows as programs evolve.
Requirements : - Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in e-commerce, business operations;
- Skills in Excel/ Sheets, portal management;
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage timelines;
- Clear communicator and collaborative mindset;
- Eagerness to learn fast and take initiative;
