Your Role:
We’re looking for a Treatment Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Bangkok. In this role, you will guide clients through their journey — from first contact to treatment day and beyond — ensuring they feel cared for, informed, and supported throughout.
Whether someone is coming for regenerative medicine, cosmetic surgery, or a weekend longevity program, your job is to make the experience smooth, reassuring, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:
Be the First Point of Trust:
- Respond warmly and professionally to new client inquiries. Help them understand our services and assess which options may suit them.
Coordinate Seamless Treatment Journeys:
- Support clients through the entire process — from document collection and scheduling to on-the-ground assistance during treatment day.
Create Structure & Clarity:
- Help document and improve internal procedures (SOPs) that guide client interactions and ensure consistency and quality.
Optimize the Experience:
- Analyze the client journey and identify ways to make it even smoother and more conversion-friendly.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with the business development, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and bring valuable client feedback into strategy discussions.
Track What Matters:
- Monitor key metrics like response time and satisfaction. Suggest improvements based on client interactions.
Learn & Grow:
- Stay informed about the treatments we offer and the latest longevity trends. You’ll become an important knowledge resource for our clients.
- What We’re Looking For:Recent graduate or young professional with a degree in Biomedical Science, Medicine, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for the healthcare industry
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in an international team
- Fluency in English (Thai or additional languages a plus)
