Your ability to analyse market data will be crucial as you monitor performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Ultimately, your efforts will directly contribute to achieving ambitious growth targets while fostering an environment of shared learning and mutual success.

- Develop effective sales tools and trade organisers tailored for partner sales and key account teams to enhance performance across all channels.
- Participate actively in trade meetings and negotiations to foster strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the Indonesian market.
- Engage directly with sales and merchandising teams across Indonesia to provide training, share best practices, listen to feedback, and inspire ongoing commitment to the brand.
- Spend significant time on-site with distributors and partners in Indonesia while being based in Singapore, ensuring hands-on support and collaborative business development.
- Collaborate daily with customer service teams in Hong Kong regarding order planning, S&OP inputs, payment follow-ups, and other operational matters.
- Map the Indonesian retail ecosystem comprehensively—including e-commerce, modern trade, traditional trade—and develop deep market knowledge to inform strategy.
- Define market opportunities by channel and region; set priorities; establish route-to-market plans; optimise range architecture; and determine price/volume mix per channel in partnership with marketing teams.
- Co-create Joint Business Plans with distributors by setting clear KPIs and growth levers while sharing best practices across markets.
