This position is an entry-level role within the Sales Department, primarily responsible for the local Thai market, including travel agencies and corporate clients. The responsibilities cover daily communication with customers as well as assisting with internal administrative tasks within the department.
The Chinese market has always been one of Shangri-La’s most important source markets, and this position will serve as the starting point for a career in sales, laying the foundation for future development across diverse markets, including China. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively within a team and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
Qualifications

- Thai passport holder
- Fluent Chinese language skills, can speak, understand and type
- Relevant experience is preferred, or a graduate in hotel management or a related field

- Responsible for the local Thai market for the China and Taiwan segments
- Develop business opportunities, including individual travelers and corporate clients
- Support the department manager with internal documentation and administrative work
