Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Center of Excellence (COE) Intern to join our team at PT SMART Tbk. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, digital transformation, and process improvement projects that help improve business efficiency and innovation. You will learn how to use tools like
Power BI to create reports and dashboards, work with different teams, and support projects that make our work faster and better.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields with strong interest in Data Analytics, Change Management, and Process Improvement (portfolio preferred).
- Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI is required.
- Familiarity with other Business Intelligence tools like Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Able to handle different tasks as needed.
- Committed to join for a minimum 6-month internship and willing to work fully from the office (WFO).
- Ready to join ASAP.
