Role Summary:
As a Media Planner Intern at Innocean Indonesia, you will assist the Media Planning team in translating media strategies into detailed, executable plans across multiple platforms. You will gain practical exposure to media buying processes, budget management, and campaign execution, while learning how to optimize media placements to maximize client ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in turning strategy briefs into detailed media plans with channel selections, scheduling, and budget allocations.
Support in creating media flowcharts and buying guidelines for campaigns.
Liaise with media vendors and internal teams to gather rates, proposals, and available ad inventories.
Help ensure media bookings are placed correctly and on time.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, and KPI achievement.
Compile post-buy reports, analyzing performance vs. plan.
- Market & Platform Research
Research media platforms, audience reach, and ad formats to support planning decisions.
Stay updated on media trends, rate changes, and platform updates.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Manegement & Business, Marketing, Statistic/Mathematic, Engineriing or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Strong english communication skill/fluent/professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets/Slides is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn media planning, digital advertising, and industry tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
