What you'll do:
- Assist the team in executing CRM communication campaigns (such as push notifications, emails, and other channels).
- Copywriting for CRM campaigns: write and optimize engaging copy for push notifications, emails, and other CRM touchpoints.
- Support quality checks to make sure campaigns are accurate and delivered on time.
- Help prepare basic campaign reports and share key findings with the team.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth and timely communication.
- Take part in improving workflows and exploring new ideas to make our CRM better.
- Contribute to handling ad-hoc or urgent requests when needed.
What you'll need:
- Last-semester undergraduate student or fresh graduate from a reputable university.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new, complex systems.
- Proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and with less supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and detailed features is highly desirable.
- Strong writing skills: able to create engaging, error-free content in various tones and styles (especially for short-form messaging like push notifications).
- Creative thinking with the ability to come up with fresh, exciting ways to engage customers through copy.
- Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
