What you'll do:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how leading beauty brands connect with their audiences through innovative influencer partnerships. Your days will be filled with dynamic collaboration—working hand-in-hand with creative teams to craft compelling campaigns that resonate across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more. You will be responsible for everything from strategic planning to hands-on execution: identifying new talent in the influencer space; negotiating mutually beneficial agreements; overseeing content production; tracking performance metrics; analysing results; optimising strategies; and reporting outcomes. Your ability to foster strong relationships with influencers will be crucial in building a sustainable network that drives brand awareness and loyalty. By staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with fresh approaches like livestreams or mini-games, you’ll ensure every campaign stands out. - Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to each campaign’s objectives within the beauty and retail sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), key opinion consumers (KOCs), influencers, and partners both inside and outside the industry.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, set KPIs, and ensure all influencer collaborations align with brand positioning and deliver measurable results.
- Oversee the entire content production process including briefing influencers, managing timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality control across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as content creation, design, digital marketing, editors, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of multi-channel campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance by establishing robust measurement systems for reach, impressions, engagement rates, conversions, traffic generation, and sales attribution.
- Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights that inform ongoing optimisation of influencer strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in influencer marketing by researching new formats such as livestreaming, affiliate partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and viral challenges.
- Coordinate product sampling logistics for influencers while maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders involved in each campaign.
- Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) detailing campaign effectiveness and recommendations for future improvements.

- At least 4-6 years’ proven experience managing influencer marketing or KOL/KOC collaborations within beauty, retail or lifestyle industries is essential.
- Extensive network of contacts among KOLs/influencers/KOCs relevant to beauty or lifestyle sectors is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging influencers and build new relationships that benefit brand objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills for handling contracts as well as budget allocation based on campaign requirements.
- Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders including agencies and internal teams.
- Proficiency in analysing data from campaigns to extract insights that drive continuous improvement of strategies.
- Experience measuring influencer effectiveness using metrics such as engagement rate (ER), traffic generation, sales attribution etc., is important.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube is expected.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM principles or email marketing is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
