By mapping market opportunities across all relevant channels (including e-commerce), co-creating robust business plans with partners, analysing performance data for actionable insights, and contributing to broader regional strategy discussions, you will play a central role in driving sustainable growth for one of the world’s most recognisable snacking brands.

- Develop practical tools and supportive materials for partner sales and key account teams to enhance their effectiveness in the marketplace.
- Participate actively in trade meetings and negotiations while maintaining regular engagement with distributor teams throughout the country.
- Spend significant time visiting distributors and end customers both in Singapore and during frequent trips to the Philippines, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate daily with customer service teams regarding order planning, S&OP inputs, payment follow-ups, and operational alignment across regions.
- Map the entire retail ecosystem in the Philippines—including e-commerce, modern trade, traditional trade—and develop deep knowledge of channel-specific opportunities.
- Define optimal range architecture and price/volume mix per channel in partnership with revenue growth and marketing teams based overseas.
- Co-create joint business plans with distributors by setting clear KPIs, identifying growth levers, sharing best practices across markets, and monitoring performance through data analysis.
- Contribute strategic input to annual area action plans and participate in data-driven business reviews at both country and area levels.
