An exciting opportunity for a Legal and Compliance Manager to join a global insurtech in Ho Chi Minh City. This role primarily supports the Vietnam business, while also providing collaboration with Group Legal & Compliance when required. What you’ll do

Manage legal and compliance risks across business lines in Vietnam.

Advise on regulatory requirements for insurance and non-insurance products.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, renewals, and terminations.

Support regulator communications on insurance and data privacy matters.

Collaborate with regional teams on compliance monitoring, risk reporting, and incident management.

Conduct legal research, prepare reports, and advise senior management on compliance and governance.
What you bring

Qualified lawyer (Vietnam), 5 years of experience in insurance or private practice with high exposure to insurance.

Strong drafting and contract management skills.

Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English (able to deliver legal consultancy in English).

Experience engaging with regulators and managing compliance plans.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
