A global FMCG leader is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you’ll manage customer accounts and credit control to ensure healthy cash flow and support business growth. What you'll do

Develop and review annual credit limit plans for customers, identifying risks early.
Analyse AR ageing reports to detect issues and improve collection efficiency.
Implement targeted action plans to recover overdue payments while maintaining customer relationships.
Keep accurate records of all communication with customers.
Identify and manage bad debts in line with company policy.
Prepare AR management reports with insights for senior leadership.
Negotiate payment terms with key customers.
Ensure timely reporting to line managers and other departments.
Support marketing promotions with assigned customers.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in AR, credit control, or financial operations in MNCs.
Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Leadership ability with a collaborative spirit.
Customer-focused, organised, and able to work under pressure.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
